前置胎盤と言われたのですが鍼灸は効果的ですか？というお問い合せをよくいただきます。　【1978年開業の信頼と実績】「やさしい施術で納得のいく治療」　ご相談もお気軽にお問い合わせください 【 前置胎盤と鍼灸治療 】 　 　 前置胎盤とは？ 通常胎盤は子宮の真ん中より上に付着しますが、 通 常より低い位置（子宮口に近い所）に付着し、そのため胎盤が子宮口の一部または全部を覆っている状態 を「前置胎盤」 といいます。 これは全体の約1％に起こるとされています。 出産の際に、通常は先に赤ちゃんが出て、次に胎盤が出てきますが、 前置胎盤では胎盤が赤ちゃんよりも先に出て、 それから赤ちゃんが出るという順番になり、胎盤が出る時の出血のリスクと、胎盤が先に出ることで、赤ちゃんは胎盤からの栄養が途切れ、子宮内なので呼吸もできず、、という状態になってしまいます。 したがって、前置胎盤の場合には、ほぼ100%が帝王切開になります。 症状は？ 健診の際に、超音波検査で発見される 方がほとんどです。 症状はありません。 ただ、痛みが無いのに急に出血してくることがあり（警告出血)、性器出血があった場合は、痛みなどがなくてもすぐ産婦人科を受診してください。 またお腹が張ると出血しやすくなります。 健診などで「前置胎盤の疑いがある」と言われている方は特に出血には注意してください。　 通常は妊娠28週以降の出血が多いですが、それより浅い週数でも出血は起こりますので、しっかりと見守っていきましょう。 また妊娠の早い時期 の場合、前置胎盤と診断されても、その後の成長により子宮が大きくなると徐々に胎盤が上にあがり、子宮口から離れていき、 最終的には前置胎盤ではなくなる例が多数あります 。 妊娠中期頃までの「前置胎盤」は過度に心配する必要はありません。 これが、妊娠31週頃になってくると、そこから胎盤が上がっていく例はほとんどありません。 妊娠32週で前置胎盤と診断された場合には、前置胎盤であると考えていいでしょう。　 「低置胎盤」の場合は、下から産めることもあるので、主治医の先生と相談されてください。　 どんな人がなりやすいの？ 前置胎盤になぜなるのか、その理由はよくわかっていません。 ただ、高齢妊娠、 喫煙者、多産婦、双胎や、以前に子宮の手術を受けた場合はリスクが上がるようです。　 鍼灸で前置胎盤は治るの？ 　 「前置胎盤と言われたのですが鍼灸で治療できますか？」というお問い合わせを時々いただきますのでお答えしておきます、　 結論から言いますと、 前置胎盤は鍼灸の治療対象ではありません 。　 上記で説明したように、前置胎盤は形態的なものであり、妊娠初期の場合はゆっくりと見守っていくことになります。 これが赤ちゃんの成長により妊婦中期〜後期にかけて、子宮が大きくなることで前置胎盤では無くなることが期待できます ので、主治医の先生に診ていただきながらゆっくりと過ごされるのが良いです。　　 妊 婦さんが鍼灸治療を受けること については 経 験の長い鍼灸院では普通に昔から妊婦さんの体調管理で行っています。 お薬が使えない方でも 鍼灸は副作用もなく安心してお受けいただけます。 当院でも、主に肩こりや腰の重さ、むくみ、胃腸の消化吸収を良くして快適に過ごせることを目的 として行います。 安定期以降の鍼灸治療は、母体側だけでは無く赤ちゃんにもしっかりと栄養が渡り、生まれてからも元気にスクスク育つ と昔から鍼灸は行われています。　 鍼灸に関することお身体の気になることなどお 気軽にお問い合わせください

妊娠率アップの着床鍼とは？なぜ良いの？いつ行った良いの？等について。不妊クリニックでもおこなわれる胚移植時の鍼灸治療【1978年開業の信頼と実績】やさしい施術で納得のいく治療　お気軽にお問い合わせください 【 着床鍼とは 】 　 　 着床鍼 とは 胚移植の際に行う妊娠着床をしやすくする鍼灸治療 になりま す 当院では体外受精（顕微受精）に合わせて着床鍼という鍼灸治療を行なっています。 人工授精やタイミング法 の場合は着床 期 を計算して行い ます。 近年、生殖医療の分野で 鍼灸の研究は多く行われており妊娠率が上がるという様々な研究データなどエビデンス があります。 これらのデータによる医学的な信頼もあ り 大学病院や不妊クリニックで鍼灸治療を行っている ところもあります。 鍼灸治療を行うことで、 「 妊娠率が上がり 、 流産率が下がる 」 というデータが多数報告されています。 な ぜ妊娠率アップが期待できるのか ？ これは受精卵が着床する ときの お身体の受け入れ状態をよくする ためです。 「胚盤胞」とは子宮内膜に着床する手前の状態のため、移植後24時間くらいで着床していきます。 移植後の受精卵が着床しやすいように、子宮の血流循環を整え、着床に適した内膜になるように当院では独自の効果的なツボを用いて 施術を行います。　 「着床と聞くとどんなイメージをされますか？」 そうするとほとんどの人が、 「子宮内膜に受精卵がくっつく イメージ 」 という方が多いですが、 実際はもっと深いもので、受精卵は子宮内膜をやぶって子宮の内部に入りこみます 、そして絨毛に包まれることで着床が成立 します。　　 着床の際に出血（着床出血）をする方もいますが、これは子宮内膜に潜り込む際に出血するためです。 移植周期になると、クリニックの検診で子宮内膜の厚さ も診ていきます、ある程度の厚みが必要なのは、 子宮内膜の内部 に受精卵が入り込む必要 があるためです。 受診の際に「子宮内膜がいま何ミリです」と言われた事がある方もいらっしゃるかと思います、　　 ある程度の厚みがある方が着床環境に望ましいからです。 もし十分な厚みがない場合は胚移植がキャンセルになる 事もあります。 この「内膜の厚み」はもちろん大切ですが、 それと合わせてもっと大切なのが、 「 子宮内膜の 血流循環が良く柔らかい」 ということです。 内膜が柔らかい方が着床しやすい のです 移植後の受精卵が着床しやすいように、子宮の血流循環をよくして内膜をやわらかく着床しやすいように 当院では効果的なツボを用いて鍼灸治療 を行っています。 着床鍼の治療はいつ行えば良いか？ 着床鍼を行う効果的な治療のご来院タイミングは ３回 あります。 まずは胚移植の周期になり 、 ①月経がきたら (7日目D7までに) 一度施術を行います 子宮内膜を厚くするサポートになります そして、次の週 ②胚 移植の前 （１週間前〜2 日前） に施術を行います そしてもう一回が、 ③「 胚移植のあと当日 」 になります （胚移植の当日クリニックの後にご来院される方がほとんどです） 胚移植の後に受精卵が着床しやすいようにする 治療と、 自律神経を整え深部から循環を良くし、着床環境の安定維持の治療を合わせて行います。 　　 自律神経を整えることで骨盤子宮内の深部の血流も良くなり ます、 セロトニン等の機能が高まり、気持ちも落ち着き快眠につながります 心地よい施術で根本から整えることで最大限に効果 が上がります 着床鍼は、胚移植前 に循環をよくするには効果的 ですが、 もし慢性的な冷え性のある方や、 子宮内膜が厚くなりにくい方、ホルモン値が不安定な方や基礎疾患のある方は、なるべく早めに鍼灸院をまず受診 され （1ヶ月～3ヶ月前） 早めに治療を開始されることをお勧めします。 妊娠しやすいお身体へ体質改善しやすくなります。 早いうちに受診をされることで、様々な対応 がしやすくなります。　 鍼灸に関することお身体の気になることなどお 気軽にお問い合わせください ※ 初回通常 12,100円 　 （ 不妊鍼灸 8,800円＋初診料 3,300円 ） 　 　 　　　　↓　↓　↓ 　　　　　 9,460 円 （すべて込み） 1回あたり7,480円 の回数券もお取り扱いしています。 陽性判定後の安定期もお使いいただけます
