What is Hataki ?

“ Hataki” is the name of my father's acupuncture clinic, who was an acupuncturist.

Hataki in "Hataki Acupuncture and Moxibustion Institute" is a place name. Since it is a place name, it may be a little difficult to read.

My father opened in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1978, and I am the second generation.

After graduating from high school, I obtained a license as an acupuncturist in Tokyo, and while working at an acupuncturist and general hospital in Tokyo, I studied at a university and graduate school, and after that I went to a foreign medical acupuncture site in Sydney, Canada, and the United States. I have seen.

During my stay in Canada, I was told that I would work at an acupuncture and moxibustion clinic on a luxury liner in a foreign country, and I was interested in traveling, so I was interviewed in Canada, and after joining the company, I received training at a university in Los Angeles, and then in the United States and the Caribbean. I was assigned to an acupuncture and moxibustion clinic on a passenger ship that goes around the sea.

In addition to beauty treatment salons, massages, and beauty clinics, the luxury liner also has an acupuncture and moxibustion clinic that manages the physical condition of passengers and crew during the cruise and treats physical disorders.

As the director of the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic on board the "Queen Elizabeth" (UK), which also calls at Japan, I accompanied her on a round-the-world cruise (2017).

Various people around the world were pleased with my acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the luxury liner "Disney Cruise Line (2018)" and "Princess Cruise Line (2019)" operated by Disney in the United States.

There are acupuncture and moxibustion treatments in foreign countries, but many people have said that Japanese acupuncture and moxibustion are gentle, polite and painless.

It is a good memory that a certain passenger, a physician in Texas (USA), experienced acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for the first time and liked it very much, and said, "I want to put it in my bag and take it home."

After returning to Japan in 2019, I would like to make use of my experience to serve acupuncture and moxibustion treatment that is kind to everyone in Tokyo, which is the 21st year since I moved to Tokyo.

We inherited the name of the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic and opened it so that we can be like a father who was pleased and grateful to many people in the area.
